Q. As a Virtual Office client, what if I need to set up a meeting?
A. Rockefeller Group Business Centers has multiple conference rooms which are equipped with telephones, internet connections, and white boards; simply call ahead to schedule your appointment. We can also make arrangements for AV equipment or catering.
Q. How do I get my mail?
A. You can either pick up your mail at our service center, your assigned mail box
or have it forwarded to you as often as you like.
Q. As a Virtual Office client, what hours are the Business Center open ?
A. Rockefeller Group Business Centers is open from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Q. What kind of support services are available in your Virtual Office plan?
A. Each Rockefeller Group Business Centers location has a copy and mail center and administrative support staff. You will be given an access code for the copy machines and telephones and will be able to send mail via USPS, FedEx, or messenger service. We can send and receive faxes, bind, print, type, and arrange for catering or car service.
Q. What about phone service?
A. Our staff will answer your phone with the name of your company and then direct the call as per your instructions; we can forward the call to a number you have designated or send it to your voicemail. You can also receive email notification of voicemails received via a .wav file sent to your email address. |
